Transportation from Havensight to Red Hook for a Group

We have a group of 24 (right now, may grow) heading to St. John in December. I'd like to try to pre-arrange transportation to Red Hook for us if possible. I'm not sure about the way back since folks are splitting up once on St. John.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations on transportation companies?

We have 11 and are planning to use the cruise line's transportation to St. John. It is convenient in that they pick you up at the pier and take you there and back. The price is comparable and MUCH more convenient for a group. You might consider it.

The Carnival version of this is $70/person and doing it on our own is $48/person (taxi to/from Red Hook is $20/person round trip, $12/person RT for they ferry, $12/person RT for taxi to Trunk Bay and $4/person entry to Trunk), so the Carnival excursion is quite a bit more. Plus, some folks aren't going to Trunk bay, so the price difference can be even more.
