We enjoy either Grills or Fishlips on the water way, a quick cab ride, and enjoyable views.

Pompano Grill is pretty good. Florida's Seafood is good and more casual.

In Cocoa Beach, we like A New York Pizza House for inexpensive family-style Italian. We were referred there by the staff at the hotel where we were staying (Residence Inn) and they told us that it's a restaurant that's popular with the locals, and not so touristy. We eat there every time we are in the area.
