The thing with CheapoAir, et al is that if things go well, you'll never know the issues you could have easily had...but if just one thing goes wrong, you're likely in for a world of hurt, making the savings seem not so worth it.

Have used Kayak before,then contacted airline myself.That seemed to work out.

Compairing flight costs one day I came across their web site. What a suprize to see that I could get a Business Class ticket to my destination cheaper than Economy with my normal carrier Air Canada. Common sense got the better of me so before jumping on the deal I googled them. While there were a couple of customers that raved about them there had to be 100 pages of horror stories. I take all reviews with a grain of salt but when public opinion is almost unamiously bad you have to listen. I hope you get a timely and satisfactory resolution to your woes.

that's not necessarily the case. It's possible to have ticketing agreements without being partners.

 

True. Can also apply to the transfer of bags. Need to contact your booking entity and also the airlines, especially AA. You don't say if you have the option to move back your AA flight. Since they moved the flight, you should. If you'd booked the flights yourself, you should bea ble to request a later flight, but if you used a third party, you may have to contact them.
