55J5-5 Posted October 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2012 Anyone use this company for the skip the line Notre Dame tour? It is the only one offering a tour of Notre dame that I can find. Thanks
KirkNC Posted October 23, 2012 #2 Share Posted October 23, 2012 No we did the tour using Rick Steve's guide. I don't recall much of a line but we were there when they opened.
vacation fool Posted December 5, 2012 #3 Share Posted December 5, 2012 There was no line. You just walk in as i recall. We were on a city walking tour with sightseekers delight and the guide waited for us outside.
dijid Posted December 17, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 17, 2012 Anyone trying to get you to pay for a "skip the line" tour of Notre Dame is ripping you off. There often is a line for Notre Dame, but it moves extremely quickly. Tours are offered at the cathedral, but you can easily do a self-guided tour with something like the Rick Steves book, or even buying a guide book while you are there. Now if they were offering that you could "skip the line" for climbing the towers, that would be something else. But I am not aware of any companies offering this. dogs4fun Posted December 17, 2012 #5 Share Posted December 17, 2012 Agree with previous posts. A "skip the line" tour is not needed. And, as KirkNC pointed out, Notre Dame is easily toured using Rick Steves guide. jill
6rugrats Posted December 23, 2012 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2012 We were there last July and the line was quite long. However, if you went first thing in the morning, it was easy to get in. Afternoons were another story.
