Formal Nights for PC Dining

maestra

Suggested dress for the evening actually means for the entire ship. Some that do the buffet don't adhere to the suggestion though. But it is actually supposed to be suggested dress for the evening, especially in the main dining rooms.

"PC" dining is "Personal Choice" which is the term Princess uses to refer to the many dining venue options passengers have onboard, from Traditional, to Anytime, to the Specialty Restaurants, to the buffet, etc. Anytime dining refers to the one to four dining rooms (depends on the ship) where you can show up at any time and be seated or make a reservation for the time you want to dine.

PC, Personal Choice and Anytime Dining do not refer to dress code but where you want to eat. The dress code is the same for the entire ship although most people don't get dressed up on Formal nights when they eat in the Buffet.
