We booked thru Viator on our tour of Quebec last month......they use this company for local tours.......I believe they were Grayline before name change.

Would recommend a tour that includes the Citadel......nice views and interesting history.

 

Quebec City is easy too walk around if you are mobile.

Be sure to do a walking tour of Q City too. Excellent.
