Are the casinos in the hotels along Palm Beach for guests only or can anyone walk in from the beach and try their luck?

There are several and all open to public. Radisson, Rennaisance and Holiday Inn Sunspree are 3 I can remember. There several more but can't remember names. Mostly in Hotels. If memory serves the main one is downtown near the cruiseport. Not part of hotel.
