Religious/Christmas services on QE

We depart on 9 December and I am curious if there will be a religious or Christmas carol service during our cruise, I'd like to think there would be especially on Advent Sunday. Has anyone ever cruised at this time of year and any recollections?

As we are at sea on a Sunday there should be a service in the Theatre. I am not sure about a carol service, but it would be nice if they had one.

On QM2 there was usually daily mass (this may depend on whether or not there is a priest on board. I think there is usually a non-denominational service on Sundays and a Jewish ceremony at some time. What ever there is it will be included in the daily news sheet.

Advent Sunday is December 2nd. There will be a Sunday service each week, I don't know if there will be Christmas music at the service or an Advent Wreath. Certainly on Christmas Eve there will be a midnight Mass and Christmas Day there is a non-denominational Service.

We were on the QM2 for Remembrance Sunday and we attended a service I held in the Royal Court Theatre. It was a lovely service, very dignified and it was well attended. I felt proud to be part of it

We didn't think this would still be popular, but on Aurora 2 years ago, there were over 300 people at an ordinary Sunday service (non-denominational). So I guess many cruise lines will cater for services on Sunday "sea days".
