Another aft 1394 or 1694 question

Is there a pole in the middle of the cabin? From Bonnie's photos, it looks like a pole in the deck 10 corner aft cabins.

I think only 1688/1388 have the pole in the middle of the cabins. I had no problem with the pole though. It was at the corner of the bed and was never an issue for us. I don't think you will have to worry about it in any other cabin though.

We were in cabin 1388 and yes there is a pole but it doesn't get in the way. Also, there is a pole on the deck. The room and deck was great....

Thanks so much. I have two little kids and would worry about hitting the pole. Another question. Do you hear much noise from the deck above you?

we have JS 1694 on mariner. what is all this about vibration and soot?

We were in cabin 1692 on Mariner which interconnects with 1694...there is no pole and we never heard any noise above from Windjammer or any vibration.....

Soot was not a problem on our sailing and recommend any of those aft deck 10 cabins....sit back and enjoy....
