Topless Deck???

Can anyone tell me if there is a topless deck on the Celebrity Horizon? Thanks.

Turns out the DECK was topless.

There is a topless deck on deck 14 on the Millennium, so Celebrity does have them and probably Horizon has a place designated for that purpose as well. On the Millennium it was a very secluded area and the entrance was controlled by a stewardess and 'sorry' no topless men were allowed.

It seems that on our past few cruises, each ship has some sort of "area" for these folks. I don't know, though, how it got "designated" that way. I remember being on the Golden when she first came out. There was no topless deck. Now there is.
