Obstructed View Balconies on Royal

We are looking to book a cruise in February 2014 on the Royal Princess. Does anyone know what the obstruction is on the lowest classification of balconies?

The Royal is still under construction. You may not get much info on specific cabins.

From an examination of the deck plans and the outside profile of the ship it appears that: The railing will be solid, not glass. Downward views to the sea will be blocked. You should get plenty of light, as upward and horizon views do not seem to be obstructed.

It appears that the railings will be glass and the reason for the partially obstructed designation is that there will be life boats below you.
