recent Indy suite embark and debark questions

Did suite pax have priority embarkation on Indy? How did it go? How about debarkation? Did the concierge meet with suite guests and escort them off? This is how suite debarkation was handled on both Serenade and Mariner last year and again on Mariner in Dec. We will be utilizing luggage valet, if that makes any difference.

We were in a JS on Indy last month and boarded with all the other suite guests. Bear in mind that this was terminal 18, so things might be different at other terminals. When we got to the top of the escalator, there were employees asking to see SeaPass cards, and guiding people to appropriate waiting area based on the SeaPass card. We did not use priority debarkation.

Just wondering why you were boarding at a different terminal than IOS is currently using? I believe it is currently the much maligned terminal 25.

We boarded the same day Indy returned from the transatlantic on Wednesday 12/5, so maybe that had something to do with it. Being a Wednesday, 18 was available. I believe Indy is using terminal 29 now, which was much better for disembarkation than 25. Very little traffic at 29 too.

We were in a suite on Indy on 12/16/2012 at terminal 29

We were at the door at 11AM when it opened and embarkation was very fast

No, the concierge did not offer to escort us off the ship. However, we, were the second number to get off ship Our call was for 8AM. We had coffe in the CL and then left ship. No lines--took about 1/2 hour
