Cigarette carton cost?

My sister wants me to bring her back some cigarettes(Marlboro Medium and Marlboro Menthol lights). Does Celebrity sell them cheaper on the cruise ship than the US stores? Also, how many cartons can I get for her duty free from the ship and from Cozumel?

A google search showed, one carton duty free. Additional cigarettes-

 

$1.01 per pack for "small" cigarettes and $2.11 for "large cigarettes"

I am not a smoker..but remember seeing giant cartons of cigarettes in the shops on board. I think it was 20 packs for 40$.... 20 packs i understand is the most you can legally bring through customs without taxing. If you want 2 giant cartons..you and your travel mate pack one each...and be sure to complete 2 custom cards..one each showing max... not the family card... you will know what i mean...at the end of the cruise.

 

I traveled with a friend who smokes...and do not buy them in cozemel... you do not get a great discount. He paid 4$ a pack...and was not happy thinking he would get a great discount. Tourist town = tourist prices

The price varies according to where your ship is sailing. In the Caribbean, the smokes are cheap. Cigarettes are more expensive on cruises in Europe.
