Independence of the Seas 8 day menu

Anyone on the Independence sailing that departed yesterday (Jan 19), that is the first sailing of the eight-day itinerary since the introduction of the new menus. I'm curious to know what's offered night by night. I'm hoping someone will post -- either a live post, or upon return to FLL next Sunday, Jan 27.

I guess I'll find out for sure next week but I think I've read here on CC that the 8-day menu is the 7-day menu with one day repeated. I'm sure others will confirm or refute that! ;)

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one impatient for Indy to get to the Caribbean so we can start getting good intel! I want to take a look at the menu so I can pick our night for Giovanni's Table!

I know I saw a post in the past few days on the new seven day menu.

We'll be boarding 2 weeks from Sat (ACK!) and assume since we have Thanksgiving on our cruise we'll have the 7 day regular menu with a turkey dinner add-on night. I'll report back afterwards!

I was on the Rhapsody sailing from Vancouver to Hawaii September 6, 2013 and they introduced new menus for the start of the next cruises.

Of course the last time she was over here they were still using the old menus, that was as of December '12 when I was on for a 3 day to the Bahamas and follow on for the 8 day. On the 8 day there was no repeat of the menus, 8 distinct menus... a entree here and there may have made an appearance, but not an entire menu.

On Independence over Thanksgiving we had the "new" menus with Thanksgiving our 8th night and a special menu. So that doesn't really help with that elusive "what is the 8th night" gonna be?
