For those who sail Celebrity and Princess, help needed

Seems like cruising (aspects of it) are like a lot of things in life and is very subjective. On the feedback here in these posts, I would say X is slightly ahead as the choice, but as I said previously, Itinerary, timing and price are my three rules for picking which cruise to take.:D

On that note I do think Celebrity offers a nicer itinerary compared to Princess this time around because the stop at Princess Cays is almost like a wasted stop compared to San Juan.

I can state it as a fact because it's a well known fact.

The Reflection is the worst ship of Celebrity S-Class family.

 

The Royal will be better than any of S-Class ships.

However, I would "think" about Royal vs Eclipse because it's always a good thing to try a new cruise line, and the best way is to try the best ship which is the Eclipse.

In that case the OP would have got "much more of Celebrity".

Royal vs Reflection - nothing to think about.

 

I would encourage everyone to sail with different cruise lines.

photos of the pool decks of X S class ships and Princess's newer ships that Cruisetrail provides in his Grand Tour of X s class ships. Princess has several fresh water pools compared to basically one pool with a bridge divider between

The adult pool and the kid's pool on X.
