GeneD Posted February 16, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2013 The last time I was in Bermuda on the Summit when we purchased passes at the transportation shack for the ferry and buses we were told that they we out of all passes except the daily pass. Is it possible to purchase passes onboard the NCL Dawn instead of getting off and going to the transportation shack? We will be there in May for three days and I would hate to have to get in line everyday to have to get daily passes.
SailBadtheSinner Posted February 16, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Why not call NCL and ask them; anyway, from my reading here, most cruise lines do not sell them. Why didn't you buy the 3 passes at the same time and only stand in line once? SBtS
GeneD Posted February 16, 2013 Author #3 Share Posted February 16, 2013 I tried to but, as I stated in the original post, they said they only had the one day pass available. The pass that they sold was only good for that day and I was told that they only sold the day passes on the day they were good for. As we were only there for a day and a half we spent the half day at the glass beach and then toured the dockyard. Anyway try to get a straight answer from NCL. Call three times and get three different answers...even from the same person! But anyway The Summit didn't sell them onboard and I was told that they did so I guess I will just have to wait. I didn't post Why didn't you buy 3 day passes, but Why didn't you buy the 3 passes at the same time? Passes are valid from when you first start using them. njhorseman Posted February 16, 2013 #5 Share Posted February 16, 2013 In my many trips to Bermuda on NCL, they've never had the passes for sale on the ship. Of course that could change...but that's the way it's been on NCL in the past. We were able to buy them on Celebrity cruises we took years ago.
