Is There A Movie Theatre On Majesty?

I can't remember if there was one on Majesty or Serenade....I know it's one or the other...or maybe both? Can't remember. Anyone know?

On Monarch, they show movies in the main theater.

Not sure about the Majesty but Serenade and all Radiance class ships have a Cinema on Deck 6 forward.:) I don't believe that the ongoing revitalization of the Radiance class ships involves eliminating the Cinemas when the large screens are added to the pool deck.:)

I think I remember reading that Sovereign class had a movie theater long ago, but it was replaced at some point in the past.

The Majesty used to have a very small theater where they showed movies. It was on a lower deck next to some inside staterooms. I know because I stayed in a cabin adjacent to the "theater" and saw a movie there ("The Italian Job.") On the plus side, it had the basic elements of a theater -- stadium seating, fold down seats, a movie screen and sound. On the downside, the theater was tiny, the screen was small and sound was awful. A decent way to pass the time nonetheless. After the ship entered drydock a few years back, I think they may have taken the theater out. The last time I was on the Majesty, back in 2005 or 2006, they were just showing movies in the main production theater. Better venue, a bigger screen and better sound. But, still absolutely nothing comparable to a real movie theater (like on the Oasis/Allure). Hopefully they have upgraded the quality on the Majesty over the last 5 years. I can't comment on that since I haven't been back on the Majesty in a while.

There used to be one, down on Deck 2. But they put something else there since-more cabins or something.
