Is is possible to ask for cash while on the ship for my VISA rewards OBC? I would like to use some of the obc for private excursions. Thank you.

I think the only way to accomplish that would be to take money out on your seapass account at the casino. They'll charge 3% there.

I can only think of 2 ways to get cash from your OBC:

 

You can go to the casino and get cash as a charge against your SeaPass card, however they will charge you 3%.

 

If there is any excess OBC at the end of the cruise, you can get get on the last night of the cruise.

Yes you can. My sister and I combined our RCL Visa's OBC to the tune of over $450 and at the last port-of-call we cashed out the remaining $350 balance and got cash.

Twice in the past I have gone to the customer service desk (as soon as the OBC is showing on my on board account) and cashed out everything that is directly from Royal Caribbean. Both times they have given me cash for the B of A credit card OBC and the OBC from Travel Agent.
