I have always gone to the bars to get them. Unless you have your insulated cup, the drinks are tiny! It's probably because they are usually using 2L bottles.

Yes, unless you bring your mug, you will get a plastic cup pored from a 2 liter bottle. I don't know if a waiter would gt it for you. I just walked to the bar.
