What is the price of the water taxi from the port/pier area that takes you over to Phillipsburg? One-way and round-trip cost.

 

Also, what is the price for a taxi from the cruise port/pier to Maho and back to the ship for 4 adults?

The waters taxi is as far as I remember $4 for one way and $6 or a return per person - I do not know price for taxi to Maho

I believe our taxi to Maho was about $20 each way (2 of us). You can get a water taxi ticket good for unlimited trips for about $5-6.

The Water Taxi is now $5 one way or $7 all day.

Good to hear they adjusted the price.

It used to irritate me we'd pay the same amount to ride one way as round trip. We always enjoy walkling to town but riding the water taxi back and they made us pay for a ride we didn't take. It's not a lot of money but I just didn't feel it was right to do that.

Where do you pick up the water taxi when you come in on Carnival?

It's just past the little shopping area by the pier. Look for the signs, you can't miss it.

If you paid more than the one-way price, either $4 or $5, depending on when you visited, that was a mistake on either your or the operators part, as the one way price is clearly less than the round trip, and has been so as long as the service has existed.
