Cabins under Normandie restaurant on Summit

I'm sorry that I don't have an exact answer to your question but having been in Normandie, I can say that it has a carpeted floor and there is not a huge amount of traffic (nothing like the Oceanview for example). So long as the room is not below the kitchen area itself - also on deck 3) I think it would be a non issue.
