If you received the card for the Premier Casino Cruise Rates with cruise cash offer, it can only be used for the ships/dates listed. they send these out 3-4 times annually. peekinglemer Posted April 2, 2013 #3 Share Posted April 2, 2013 My mom got the Casino rate twice and they were both after she already book her carnival cruise. They could not do anything for her either time.
okgirl Posted April 2, 2013 #4 Share Posted April 2, 2013 I always receive them I just threw one away last week. They are never any good to me because I always book my cruises so far in advance and they won't extend any of the benefits on anything other than the selected cruises. Next year I only have one cruise booked for February so I might consider booking one of those cruises that is being offerred.
allenee Posted April 2, 2013 #5 Share Posted April 2, 2013 We just booked one last week for a cruise April 15th. The rate was the lowest plus the OBC for the casino. We snapped up this deal where in the past we never called to check.
Bases5 Posted April 2, 2013 #6 Share Posted April 2, 2013 Just FYI If your going to book on the casino rate, Book ES rate and then price match to the casino rate. You get the Casino benifits but stay es on the chance there might be further price drop. IM 1 for 5. We have done the above process the last 5 cruises and get price drop just once. Casino rate seems to be a pretty good rate. PS Some of these people that get these large price drops thru ES. Makes me wonder how much they over paid to began with!!! Boozebabe Posted April 2, 2013 #7 Share Posted April 2, 2013 My husband got the free play ($500.) and free drinks offer but was only good on selected cruises. We just booked the Breeze in May and it was NOT one of the selected cruises. We were bummed. Our PVP even called the casino office to see if it could be used on our cruise. But it can not. But I got the casino cabin rate. It was really cheap for a cove balcony which is what we really wanted. I have a little free play ($50) that I can use though. I play tables and he plays slots. Yet I spend 3 times as much as he does. Go figure.. There is no rhyme or reason to comps in the casino. If one spends over $4000. in the casino I think they should be offered something more than $50 free play and $30 off the cabin rate. I don't let it bother me that much. I'll still have a great time. And we don't book very far out ever. We just decide to go and book usually within 4-6 weeks of departure so early saver doesn't affect us. I just booked our May 5 cruise on March 26.
