To be fair they should use body mass index, not weight ;)

Loads of potential issues here when you start thinking of it from different angles and others' points of view. Proper mine-field I think in terms of what and how any rules would be levied. :confused:

 

One thing that I wish were the case though is that seats were wider. (Although of course we'd all pay for that with fewer seats per aircraft! :( ) I really feel very uncomfortable for more than one reason if I end up sitting next to a fellow passenger who seriously 'over-spills' their seat occupying a significant amount of my space. It's especially a problem on a long flight.
