If you need to change date of your cruise and you purchased insurance are you out of luck or will the insurance company change dates. All this is well before cancellation penalties. (Actually 1 week later)

Not necessarily. You should be able to change dates. You may have to pay more if you're increasing the length of your trip.

 

Your best bet is to call the insurer.

Most insurance companies allow you to move the policy to another date. Best to check with them directly to confirm this.
