Good ear plugs?

I have not had much success with the foam ear plugs. I roll them as you are suppose to but they don't expand properly in my ear enough to be effective or they pop out. Maybe my ear canal is too small also. I will have to experiment with some other types like wax or silicone. Thanks for the info.;)

I have not used the silicone type, but have used the foam type -- it doesn't matter what color they are -- in industrial noise situations, airplanes, loud concerts, etc.
