Cruise insurance for 54 nights

Not wishing to double your problem, but if your home is going to be unoccupied while you're away, most home insurance cover is invalid after about 30 days. So check that policy.

There are ways to extend it, post again if it's a problem.

We use InsuremyTrip.com, but not sure if there is a UK variety. I have often taken annual plans if we're traveling a lot.

I'd also look into MedJet Assist in case of medical emergency. They're highly recommended in getting passengers returned home with a hospital stay.
