Triumph..u go Girl!

Recommended Posts

Just checked the Shipmate ap & our girl is almost to Freeport. Yeah ! Looking forward to August & all the new goodies ! :D

Great to see she is under way, under her own power. We were booked on the Feb 11 (first cancelled) cruise. To Carnival's credit, they took care of every expense we submitted, in addition to the cruise/shore excursion/ next cruise discount program.

More than anything, we were happy that no one was injured/killed in the original fire.

Being a non-swimmer and a fire-fearing freak............. fire on a cruise ship is something I hate to imagine, and dread to accept as a reality that is possible with any machine/system.

I am hoping we get to do Triumph again some time, whether from Galveston or if they end up re-positioning her at another one of the 'drive-to' ports.

Bon Voyage!!:o

Triumph is going to be just great, when the 2.0 overhaul is finished!

Well done, Carnival. It was the right decision to take under the circumstances

despite all the inconveniencies.
