how long after you fill out online form do you normally get a response? filled mine out about a week ago, got confirmation it was received, but have had no response

The first time it was 3 hours, 2nd time it was 2 hours, this time it was about 4 hours!

 

The email said it could be up to 7 days, but it never has for me.
