Be sure to try some coffee at one of Antigua's numerous coffee bars. Outstanding! Also, if your ship stops in Puntaarenas, Costa Rica, go down to the dock where the vendors are and look for the Shady Lady Coffee people. Absolutely great coffee! I bought the whole bean to bring back and grind but they also sell ground coffee. Worth bringing back!
