moshek Posted May 26, 2013 #3 Share Posted May 26, 2013 Hi I paid around £95 for my two sons for 14 day cruise, can't remember exact amount and if paying in sterling would vary depending on exchange rate. Thought it was good value at around £3.50 a day each as would cost around that for them to have two large drinks if we went out for a meal in UK. NJsharon Posted May 26, 2013 #4 Share Posted May 26, 2013 Does this include fruit juices or non-alcoholic cocktails or just soda? I can't drink carbonated drinks, but wouldn't mind a drinks package for juice, & non-alcoholic cocktails!

I can't drink carbonated drinks, but wouldn't mind a drinks package for juice, & non-alcoholic cocktails! Most of the ships now have the Coke freestyle machines (requires soda package) which offer a variety of non-carbonated drinks. The ships all offer flavor waters and juice in the dining room and windjammer (note there is an additional charge fresh squeezed orange juice stand in the windjammer). The card does not cover non-alcoholic mixed beverages (virgin mary, etc)

NJsharon Posted May 26, 2013 #13 Share Posted May 26, 2013 Oh really? Anyone happen to know for sure if they have the freestyle coke machines on the Enchantment of the Seas?
Indy_Girl46 Posted May 26, 2013 Author #14 Share Posted May 26, 2013 For your son, if he is not yet 18, the cost is only $4.50 per day plus 15% gratuity. My son is 16 and we have had to pay adult price for him so I would have to buy an adult priced drinks package.
Clarea Posted May 26, 2013 #15 Share Posted May 26, 2013 Sorry, but just to clarify, are the flavored waters & the juice in the dining room free or you need the soda card for that for it to be free? I've seen flavored waters in venues like Windjammer and Park Cafe, where they are free. I've not seen flavored waters offered in the dining room, or at bars. Juice drinks are free at breakfast, but note that they also offer fresh squeezed OJ, which has an extra charge.
swmer Posted May 27, 2013 #16 Share Posted May 27, 2013 My son is 16 and we have had to pay adult price for him so I would have to buy an adult priced drinks package. For some reason the soda fountain child prices apply to under 18yo so you will only have to pay the £48.51. If you run an order on the RCCL site under My Cruises it gives you the price before you have to commit to pay.
