boarding passes

Silly question, do I need to print out a boarding pass for each of us going, or just one? I printed off one and noticed that all 4 of our names where on it, so not sure if we all need a boarding pass or just the one?

It may depend on your cruise line. With Princess, I print one for me and another for my wife.

I would ask this question on the Cruise Line Board for the cruise line you are booked on.

Cunard, Princess, Celebrity, Costa and NCL have all asked us for individual boarding passes. It's one extra piece of paper to put in the travel book. I'd do it just in case.

On RCI and Celebrity I have always just printed out one and it has never been an issue.

With Carnival, you get the option of group or individual. With group, you have to all board at the same time, from what I understand.

On HAL I have to print one for my DH and one for me.

 

The only time we need them is when we enter the terminal building. -- the people working the doors for HAL cruises are the only ones who ask to see them.

 

At the check in line, no one has ever asked to see them.
