As far as Bermuda trailing other countries I believe the cost to visit the island is a big impediment. Staying on the island is very expensive. I have done it once and enjoyed it but I can get a better deal taking a cruise there. Not sure what can be done about the costs.

 

I am not anti gaming and enjoy the casino but I think it is not the cure all that most people make it out to be.
