We used to have to weigh in on Mondays for Weight Watchers. Weighing in after enjoying the weekend was always a humbling experience.

Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

Because Thursday night is when the weight loss fairy visits you to get you ready for the week-end. She lures you into a false sense of security so you'll blow your diet all to heck on the week-end. icon_biggrin.gif

Because you weigh-in on Thursday!

If you weigh-in on Friday, you'll be lighter on Sat.! icon_biggrin.gif

It's the crazy law of "dieting"! icon_eek.gif

Luny, sometimes I report on Friday for that very reason. If you are close to 2 as a middle number, you are doing fine. I, too, am closer to that magic middle number...I think I will make it my goal...and I can remember when I hit 129 and thought I was sooooo fat!!!! Oh to return!!!!
