Don't know but I always weigh less at the end of the week, Thurs. or Fri., then any of the other days. Strange isn't it

We used to have to weigh in on Mondays for Weight Watchers. Weighing in after enjoying the weekend was always a humbling experience.

Because Thursday night is when the weight loss fairy visits you to get you ready for the week-end. She lures you into a false sense of security so you'll blow your diet all to heck on the week-end.

Luny, sometimes I report on Friday for that very reason. If you are close to 2 as a middle number, you are doing fine. I, too, am closer to that magic middle number...I think I will make it my goal...and I can remember when I hit 129 and thought I was sooooo fat!!!! Oh to return!!!!

Oh no! I'm afraid Beth's theory is correct. I'm down a pound this morning. The little fairy is trying to lure me BUT I must not listen.
