Dr. Pam Posted June 21, 2013 #127 Share Posted June 21, 2013 I am looking forward to that special feeling onboard a ship in the Med....you know...when you have had a great day in port, have come back onboard and showered and dressed for dinner, and sat down with friends and family (near a window ;) ) for dinner to discuss the amazing feeling of touching a piece of history in Europe, and realizing " Oh, the ship is moving! We will wake up in a new port of discoveries and memories!" and then realizing how blessed we are to partake in this wonderful adventure we call life! :) Any day on the Royal will most certainly be an amazing day... gracie65 Posted June 21, 2013 Author #132 Share Posted June 21, 2013 I know! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!:D Thanks those are some of the best Piazza images I have seen!! I'm looking forward to:Another new ship this year! The Piazza The IC (finding out what y'all have been raving about) The balcony with a floor, instead of plastic mats The pastry shop The Sanctuary (with its greatly reduced prices) and, most of all, discovering those surprises that we can't anticipate!! Upcountry, I don't think I have read anything about your description of the balcony floors. I don't recall being on a ship where they were plastic mats.
