I do not believe you get any special perks for sailing back to back but could be wrong as things do change.

 

On some ships, B2B guests are treated to lunch in Bistro on turn-around day.

On the five we just did on Soltice there was a special lunch each turnaround day. But each was different, as was the procedure at each turnaround port.
