Does anyone (Bob ??? - ha ha ha !) know an e mail address I can write to, to query 2 sea pass account transactions that have been charged to my credit card while I was on Independence of the Seas in May?

It doesn't work unless I activate my VPN program and fool it into not knowing where I am.
