Online welcome gifts

I wondered if anyone can tell me if its possible to purchase a gift for friends going on a cruise. We are all sailing with RCL at the same time, on different ships. I have a note of their cabin number but when I looked online to buy them a welcome surprise I could only seem to purchase for my cruise booking only. Any information gladly welcomed. :)
