Princess Land tour: bus from Whittier to Denali

Hi everyone,

 

we are taking land tour FAX. We disembark and board a motor coach bound for Denali. It says it'll take 8.5 hours

 

Any idea what time we head out?

 

Do we stop somewhere along the way for food/stretching?

Our bus left at 0800 and got to Denali about 1600. They are very good about stops and do so about every 90 minutes.

Hi just wondering how the bus trip was? We are doing this in 2017, Are the seats assigned? Which side is best to sit on if we have a choice? Should we bring along snacks? Thanks in advance.

Some of the cruise tours go by train from Whittier to Denali. Ours did and it was great.

I wouldn't bring snacks. You'll have plenty of opportunity to purchase food at the many stops, and you'll probably want to sample the offerings. On the land tour we did a few years back, there was one stop just for pie. Gotta like a stop just for pie.
