We can't find a guide in Sochi and really want to see Sochi and especially Stalin's dacha. Does anyone have room for the two of us? We're really nice nice and don't even take up a lot of room!! The person arranging the tour just had to collect all our passport information and provide it to them. So you don't HAVE to have a ship's tour. But at the last minute -- it may be the best way to go.
