Best Aft Balcony on Gem?

It's been a few years since we've sailed NCL. I seem to recall that one deck had longer balconies in the aft balcony category (not suite - straight balcony on the aft).

 

Can anyone help? Is deck 10 longer than deck 9 (where we currently are reserved?).

Yes, Deck 10 are the largest I believe.

We will be on the Gem in Oct on Deck 10 for the 2nd time.:)

We always book deck 10 for the larger balcony. Last cruise on Gem to Bahamas, penthouse aft was more expensive than penthouse forward, so we booked the forward cabin, though with trepidation about winds, etc. If you're looking for a large deck, try forward, deck 9. Could have fit 20 people out there (we tried!):) Now I see price of forward is more than aft, so we'll stick to aft. But we would return to forward in a heartbeat!
