I thought when I booked my FCC I saw the onboard credit on my booking but I do not see it now. Should I be calling Carnival to be sure I have not lost it?:eek:

Call who ever you booked through or Carnival if you booked online.

 

Mine disappeared when I submitted an early saver price drop but was reinstated when I called and pointed that out.

Twice I submitted for price drops and they told me I would lose my "promotional" onboard credit. I had to call my PVP both times to explain that the onboard credit was from an FCC and not a sale.

 

So yeah, definitely call. I'm guessing since they don't sell FCCs anymore that the computer (or whoever) sees it as a perk from a prior sale.

that's exactly what happened to me and after I called it showed up online immediately.

Made the call and it is still there! Yeah! Got them to send me an email so that is solid proof! Thank you all for the suggestions!:)

Used an FCC last year, and the OBC NEVER showed up! Repeated calls to Carnival, they assured me it was there even though I couldn't see it. They wouldn't send me an email confirming that. But it did show up on the cruise!
