123Funcruiser456 Posted July 20, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2013 Thinking of booking soon, the mini suite cabin #11236 looks good (between decks of less noise? and larger balcony? any hopes of lounges rather than chairs?) Any help with choosing cabin would be greatly appreciated!!!! :) Francis
leaveitallbehind Posted July 20, 2013 #2 Share Posted July 20, 2013 That category is actually known as a Junior Suite and they are a nice stateroom offering more space than a standard balcony stateroom, walk in closet, larger bath with tub, more cabinet storage, coffee maker, and a larger seating area. The balcony is larger as well. Hard to say for sure about the loungers as that can vary from ship to ship but I believe Oasis does have the loungers, but hopefully someone else can confirm. Additionally you will receive double Crown & Anchor points. But there are no Concierge Lounge benefits that are associated with the "full" suites. (Grand Suite and higher). But they are comfortable staterooms and IMO that particular location is desirable with its proximity to the aft elevator banks. I think it would be a good choice. leaveitallbehind Posted July 20, 2013 #4 Share Posted July 20, 2013 These are not from Oasis but from Explorer - same Junior Suite category, however. The balcony on Oasis is different in that the sides are plexi not metal and the railings are all glass.
Tall-Cruiser Posted July 20, 2013 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2013 Thank u for info. Sure wish I could see pics of cabin.......:) Francis The attached was posted by Chris (Bugsy..) in another thread where I asked him what cabin it was. He said it was 7236 which led me to believe all the JS cabins on the humb that end in 36 may look the same including the large balcony. Let's see if this works Hopefully Chris would not mind that I posted this.
