KeystoneCruiser Posted June 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Which NCL ship that you have not had an opportunity to cruise on do you want to sail on the most. Do not vote for any ship that you have already been on. (no matter how much you want to sail again!)
greenie Posted June 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 28, 2005 First, I want to sail the Spirit. Then I want to sail the Jewel!
immargaret Posted June 28, 2005 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2005 The DAWN and the JEWEL are next on my list. I wanted to do the DAWN next FEB but when I went to book about a week ago the cabins I wanted were already booked.
KeystoneCruiser Posted June 28, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Not enough choices to include the Jewel, unless I drop one out of the poll. Which one to drop??? (my suggestion would be Crown)
immargaret Posted June 28, 2005 #5 Share Posted June 28, 2005 You could take off the Majesty since she will be leaving after next season.
lhall85917 Posted June 28, 2005 #6 Share Posted June 28, 2005 Definitely Pride of America - looking forward to our group cruise next summer. I love the newer ships! We are also very interested in checking out the Jewel sometime also. :p
hastingsbrass Posted June 28, 2005 #7 Share Posted June 28, 2005 My choice would have also been the Jewel, but only because I already have cruises booked on the Spirit and Star.
zimmerjulie Posted June 28, 2005 #8 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I voted Spirit. Luckily I will be getting my chance this summer!

shoreguy Posted June 28, 2005 #10 Share Posted June 28, 2005 None of the above :) You missed what I think will be the number one choice the Jewel.
Planer's Edge Posted June 28, 2005 #11 Share Posted June 28, 2005 I wholeheartedly agree with Shoreguy. The Jewel will probably become the "Jewel" of the fleet. That being said, my favorite NCL ship is "the next one" we are going to be sailing on. Which in this case happens to be the Jewel. PE<---is in desperate need of some Vitamin Sea... coaster Posted June 29, 2005 #12 Share Posted June 29, 2005 My favorite NCL ships have always been the smaller ones (besides the Norway). I would love to experience the Crown just knowing she was built for longer cruises as she sailed for Royal Cruise Line. It would certainly bring back fond memories of our first cruise on NCL's Sunward which was also built for longer cruises for Royal Viking. Larger ships with multiple extra fee restaurants don't excite me. It probably won't happen though. It used to be the smaller and older ships like the Crown would come here to Florida for shorter cruises which I prefer. Now it is rare for NCL to have any ships departing from Florida. They only have one ship departing a few months out of the year now for no less than 7 night cruises.
bcc99 Posted June 29, 2005 #13 Share Posted June 29, 2005 NORWAY. :( But since she may not be available, I voted for the Star...the 8-day Mexican Riviera itinerary is calling to me, since all my other cruises have been to the Caribbean. newmexicoNita Posted June 29, 2005 #14 Share Posted June 29, 2005 More than any other I can't wait to sail on the Jewel. Being it wasn't a choice yet I didn't vote. If I had of I think I would have voted for either the Spirit or Dawn. The Sun is my favorite, but I would love to try a new one NMNita

Hikini Posted June 29, 2005 #16 Share Posted June 29, 2005 I have been on the Pride of Aloha and The Star and am going on The Spirit this September. In your poll I voted for the Pride of America because of the pictures we have seen this week. I'm a patriotic person and this ship looks like MY kind of place to be! US2INNJ Posted June 29, 2005 #17 Share Posted June 29, 2005 Doesn't seem Jewel is on the vote list. We just got off the Spirit in March, will be on the Jewel in December, and are waiting for Oct 06 dates to open for the Pride of America. Friends of ours have a "vacation ownership" thing in Kauai and we will cruise with the POA for a week and then go to the time share for a week. (Too bad Oct '06 can't get here fast enough!) rosey3 Posted June 29, 2005 #18 Share Posted June 29, 2005 Already booked on Star for next Feb, fancy Jewel as do most by the looks of things! Would consider one of NCLA ships also, but not just yet.

Do not vote for any ship that you have already been on. (no matter how much you want to sail again!) Hmmm... if I can't pick from ships I've been on, that doesn't leave me with much, and I really have no desire to see the Crown, Majesty or Sea... I guess that only leaves the Spirit and Pride of America. I guess the Spirit would be my tops choice, as I do not plan any Hawaii cruises in the near future. Chris4205 Posted June 29, 2005 #22 Share Posted June 29, 2005 You could take off the Majesty since she will be leaving after next season. Hi, Will the cruises currently leaving from Boston on the Majesty be offered on a different ship? Do we know which one yet? Thanks
Goldryder Posted June 29, 2005 #23 Share Posted June 29, 2005 Although not sailed with NCL before, I voted Crown as she will be my 'home' over the coming Christmas/New Year after a couple of days of pampering aboard Jewel in August.
