Sardinia?

I am fascinated by the idea of a cruise which stops in Sardinia, Corsica or any place in the Mediterranean other than the usual ports (Cititavecchia, Livorno, Venice and Naples.) I have pretty much searched Celebrity (our favorite) and can't seem to find anything. Can anyone help me?

Celebrity Equinox is supposed to visit Sardinia on her June 28 and July 26 sailings next year. Other than that, it is mainly Oceania and Regent Seven Seas calling on Sardinia.

Azamara stops in Porto Cervo, and Royal Caribbean in Cacliara, Sardinia; both Royal Caribbean and Holland America stop in Ajaccio, Corsics.

 

Pricier lines like Seaborn and Oceana make stops on both islands.

Try http://www.cruisetimetables.com and plug in Sardinia from the second list of ports. It will show you what months ships are calling there, and when you choose a month it will tell you the ships and their itineraries. EM

I've been to both islands. Sardinia is a great undeveloped gem in the Med. Loved the beaches for it's natural beauty. Corsica could not be more different. Amazing with it's natural beauty and history. Hope you enjoy as much as us.:)

Thank you all for the good ideas! I've put the timetable on my favorites. I think the best idea for us would be a back-to-back on the Equinox, 7 days each, which will get us to Sardinia and a few other places that would be new to us. The airfare is so expensive it doesn't make much sense to travel all that way for 7 days. I guess I'll have to FORCE myself to book 14 days.
