Side By Side Rooms- Connecting Balconies?

Recommended Posts

I was wondering we are travelling with our children and were looking at connecting rooms (but they are sold out). They did have side by side rooms and I wanted to know if the balconies can be connected by opening the connector? I have seen this done when they are washing the balconies before.

Any thoughts? Would be nice to have one long(er) balcony between both rooms.

Thanks!

Balcony dividers can be opened on the Freedom, just ask your cabin attendant.

However, some Captains have prohibited the dividers from being opened.

We have never experienced that problem, unusual, but from what I have read it happens occasionally during spring break.
