Are the wave phone rentals and behind the scenes tour on the Oasis booked in the same place? should I go right there upon boarding or do I have time? Thanks

Don't know about wave phones, but the behind the scenes tour (All Access Tour), is booked at Guest Services, deck 5 promenade, near the aft centrum.
