Bayonne to EWR

Can anyone tell me the best way to get from the pier at Bayonne to the airport at Newark. It looks like the airport is pretty close, so would a cab fare be reasonable. thxs

They have a shared van (shuttle) at the port that takes people to EWR. I believe it's $16 per person.

 

When you exit Customs and out of the terminal take a left. Walk all the way down to almost the end of the Canopy Covered area and on your left you will see a sign that says airport shuttles.

 

Either that or you can arrange cruise ship transfers, but not sure how much they are - last time I remember them being $25 per person, but I think they went up.

You can also take a taxi for about $50 (for the car, not per person) if you don't wanted a shared van or a bus.

New Limo is close by...they offer $30+tip from the port to EWR for a Lincoln sedan, private ride.
