Lima one-day trip

Does anyone know of a tour operator we could use for one-day? Ship comes in the morning but the flights leaves about 11:00 pm. Was thinking of having a tour operator pick us up a the ship, do the tour then drop us off at the airport.

He was born in Lima, lived in "top of the hill in Daly City near San Francisco", lived in NY where he worked as a taxi driver and in the restaurant business before moving back to Lima. Great tour guide with a lot of funny and great local knowledge. it was a very enjoyable day. :)

I would suggest either Peruivan Local Friends or Haku tours.

I used both of them during my stay in Lima for full day tours.

With Peruivan Local Friends, it's a couple who studied in the US during college. Their English is excellent, the pricing is reasonable and you are their only focus. They offer half day and full day tours.

Haku tours also offer great tours. They also take you to a local market in a middle class area. You don't have to worry about someone trying to take your camera and the merchants are proud to show their wares. They also offer a great shanty town tour. My fave part of my all day tour was visiting the Presbitero Maestro cemetery.

With either you can't go wrong and they both have guest from cruiseships before.

I plan to return and visit Lima again within the next three years and would use either in a heartbeat
