Hi, i have just returned from a cruise that bumped us up to Diamond.

 

I was reading that there is breakfast with speciality coffee offered at this level (ugh i hate coffee :( ) BUT my mother loves it especially the speciality ones :)

 

so my question does anyone know where this breakfast is held on Indy, would it be the Diamond lounge or the MDR ?

The Diamond Breakfast is usually not held on ships with a dedicated Diamond Lounge. There are some exceptions, but I don't recall Indy being one of them. You will be able to make use of the free specialty coffee in the DL anytime you like, it's available 24 hours.

Oh thank you, my mum will be happy :D (and i will be able to stick to my room service breakfast on the balcony) - the best of both worlds :)

Actually the breakfast in the DL is more like a continental breakfast with some juices, specialty coffee, pastries and some muffins. You can also get bagles with smoke salmon.
