Free Access to Lap Pool & Steam Room on Star

Can any passenger use the steam room and the lap pool on the Sun Deck on the Star Princess? Thank you.

We had them available to us free of charge on the Caribbean Princess. The lockers in the changing room where the steam and saunas are had a sign above them saying that they were reserved for Spa customers, but no one question us. These lockers have a built-in lock that you select the combo. Just don't lock you glasses in it like I did. It took me a long time to get it unlocked with people watching me. lol

Yes, and there are some lounge chairs there also

Just a little clarification - Star Princess has two steam/sauna areas. The steam and sauna that is located in the changing rooms is free of charge as is the Lotus Spa pool - which is actually not a lap pool but a swim against the current pool.

Star Princess also has a thermal suite which reserved for those who pay a fee. This area also has sauna and steam along with heated loungers and rain showers.
